2013: Scored a time of 56.95 in the women’s 400m at the Crimson Tide Indoor Opener and was on the women’s 4X400 team that recorded a time of 3:49.44...Came in seventeenth-place in the women’s 400m with a personal-best time of 56.05 and placed sixth with the women’s 4X400 team that scored a time of 3:45.00 at the Razorback Invitational...Placed second in the women’s 400m with a time of 56.62 at the Husker Invitational...Claimed fifth in the women’s 400m with a time of 57.48 at the Virginia Tech Elite Meet... Won the women’s DMR SEC crown with a season-best time of 11:13.45 at the SEC Indoor Championship.

2012: Stepped in at the SEC Outdoor Championships and NCAA Outdoor Championships to run on the women’s 4x400-meter relay, earning All-America honors … Ran a collegiate-best 14.21 in the 100-meter hurdles at the UCF Invitational and turned in a time of 58.94 in the 400-meter hurdles at the NCAA East Preliminary Round, good for ninth all-time at Florida.

2011: Participated in her first NCAA Championships, running a collegiate-best time of 44.68 in the prelims as a member of the 4x100m relay team … Won her heat in the 400mH at the Penn Relays with a time of 1:00.17, placing ninth overall … Logged a collegiate-best time of 1:00.02 in the 400mH at the Tom Jones Memorial Classic, placing fourth overall.

2010: Participated in the 100m dash at the SEC Outdoor Championships (5/15), running a collegiate-best time of 12.32 in the prelims … Part of the 4x100m relay team that placed second at the Tom Jones Memorial Classic (4/17) in a time of 45.46 … Competed in the pentathlon at the SEC Indoor Championships (2/26), placing 12th overall with 3,398 total points … Logged a collegiate-best time of 8.73 in the pentathlon 60mH at the SEC Indoor Championships … Competed in first collegiate meet at the Kentucky Invitational (1/16) in the 60mH.

HIGH SCHOOL/PREP: Coached by Wesley and Laura Newton at Wharton High School … A two-time Tampa Tribune Female Track Athlete of the Year award recipient … Named her high school team’s MVP her senior season … A two-time FHSAA state champion in the 300-meter hurdles (2008, 2009) and also the state runner-up in the 100-meter hurdles her senior year … Placed third in the state in the long jump in 2007 … Captured four regional championships in 2009, claiming the 100-meter hurdles, 300-meter hurdles, long jump and 4x400-meter relay … Also won regional titles in the 100mH, 300mH and 4x400m her junior season … Holds her high school’s all-time records in the 300-meter hurdles (42.80), long jump (18-7.5) and 400-meter run (58.00) … Personal bests include: 100mH (14.73), 300mH (42.80), 100m (12.20), 200m (25.01) and LJ (18-7.25) … A member of the National Honor Society with a 4.6 cumulative grade point average.
