2013: Placed second in the women’s 3,000m with a time of 10:18.63 at the Gator Invitational.

2012: Redshirted 2012 season.

HIGH SCHOOL/PREP: Clocked personal-best times of 5:00.22 (1,600m), 10:56.13 (3,000m), 11:01.83 (3,200m) and 18:05.58 (5,000m) … At the 2011 FHSAA Class 3A State Championships, VanDeGrift finished as the runner-up in the 3,200m (11:01.83) and placed sixth in the 1,600m (5:03.59) … All-county performer in both track and cross country.
