2013: Recorded a time of 5:02.38, good for 13th, in the women’s mile at the Razorback Invitational...Placed ninth with a time of 4:51.83 in the women’s mile at the Husky Classic...Won the women’s DMR SEC crown with a season-best time of 11:13.45 at the SEC Indoor Championship.

2012: Set a career best in the women’s 1500m with a time of 4:22.46 at the Tom Jones Classic ... Won first place in the women’s 4x800m relay at the Pepsi Florida Relays with a time of 8:44.41 ... Ran the women’s 800m with a collegiate-best time of 2:07.79 at the Pepsi Florida Relays…Recorded a career-best time of 4:45.51 in women’s mile at the SEC Indoor Championships ... In women’s mile, ran a 4:56.20 at the Texas A&M Challenge.

2011: Ran a season’s best 2:11.54 in the 800 meters at the Seminole Twilight Meet, finishing fifth overall…Ran a season’s best in the preliminaries of the 1,500 meters at the SEC Outdoor Championships, finishing in 4:29.08…Recorded a season’s best in the mile at the SEC Indoor Championships in 4:52.49.

2010: Won the UCF Invitational 1,500m (4:37.09) … Competed in the 1,500m run at the Pepsi Florida Relays, placing 21st in 4:37.67 … Won the 1,500m run at the UCF Invitational (3/27) in a personal-best time of 4:37.09 … Placed 19th in the 800m at the Tyson Invitational (2/12) with a time of 2:20.95.  

HIGH SCHOOL/PREP: Coached by Stephon Gallon … Won the Five Star Conference championship, district and regional titles and placed a career-best third in the Class 4A state meet in as a senior … Team took seventh overall … Placed fifth the 2007 Class 4A state cross country meet as the Hawks took sixth overall … As a sophomore, finished 10^th at the state meet … Three-time Daytona Beach News-Journal Girls Cross Country Runner of the Year award winner (2006-08) … Placed fourth in the 1,600m and 3,200m at the Class 4A state meet and helped the 4x800m relay team to a fourth-place finish in 2008 … As a freshman, earned fifth place in the 1,600m event at the Class 4A state track championships … Helped Spruce Creek take first in the track conference meet every year of high school career … Also named the News-Journal’s Girls Track and Field Athlete of the Year in 2008 … Holds the 5K, 1,600m and 4x800m records at high school … Earned All-South honors in the 2007 Footlocker South Regional Championships … Placed third at the 2008 Nike Outdoor Nationals in the Emerging Elite category.
