1999 AS A JUNIOR: Bests of 8.05 (55m H), 12.08 (100m), 13.77 (100m H) and 25.07 (200m) Outdoors, began to regain the form that helped her to All-America status in 1998 before sitting out half of the '99 indoor season... Won the USTCA Challenge 100m hurdles in a season's best time of 13.77, her first win of the year... Finished third at the SEC Quad triple jump competition with a team leading jump of 38-0Indoors, competed in the 55m hurdles twice, finishing as high as fifth in the finals with a top time of 8.05.

1998 AS A SOPHOMORE: Bests of 7.81 (55m H) and 13.62 (100m H)... NCAA Outdoor All-American (seventh place) with the 4x100 relay, 44.34... Set a personal-best time in the 100m hurdles at the Penn Relays (13.62)...Placed 10th in the 55m hurdles at the Southeastern Conference Indoor Championships...Reset personal-best time in the 55m hurdles at the ACC/SEC Challenge and provisionally qualified for the NCAAs with a time of 7.81...Had what was then a personal-best performance in the 55m hurdles at the Florida Invitational (7.94).
