Competed at Bay Shore High School in Bay Shore, NY… New York State Champion in the 400-meter hurdles in 2011 (53.20) and 2012 (52.37)…Ran a career-best 52.00 in the 400-meter hurdles at sectionals, a meet record and the second-fastest time in the nation… Began his track career as a triple and long jumper before switching to the hurdles…Owns career bests of 14.45 (110mH) and 7.79 (55mH).
