GATOR CROSS COUNTRY BIO

2012: Redshirted 2012 indoor season … Competed in four meets outdoors, turning in two runner-up finishes on the year … Finished second in the 10,000 at the FSU Relays with a time of 31:12.58 and came in second in the 3,000 meters at the Tom Jones Invitational with his time of 8:38.85 … Competed in the 5,000 meters and 10,000 meters at the SEC Outdoor Championships, narrowly missing out on scoring points in both events.

HIGH SCHOOL/PREP:

Recorded personal-best times of 4:16.65 (1,600m), 6:58.50 (2,000m steeplechase), 9:05.57 (3,000m), 9:26.80 (3,200m) and 15:16.88 (5,000m) … Placed fourth at the FHSAA Class 4A State Championships in the 1,600m (4:16.65) and was seventh overall in the 3,200m (9:31.86) … Two-time district champion in both the 1,600m and the 3,200m.
