2012: Did not compete indoors or outdoors for Florida in 2012.

2011: Participated in seven meets in 2011, finishing fourth in the men’s DMR at the SEC Indoor Championships … Turned in a personal best 4:07.23 in the men’s mile at the UW Husky Classic … Finished third in the men’s 1,500 at the FSU Twilight meet in a PR of 3:49.71.

2010: Competed in two meets in 2010, finishing seventh in the mile in 4:15.96 at the Virginia Tech Elite Meet … Also ran his first collegiate 3,000 meters in 8:47.29 at the Tyson Invitational.

HIGH SCHOOL/PREP: Coached by Jim Zander, Travis Hall and Gail Bottone … Cross country district champion in 2006, 2007 and 2008 … Named Tampa Tribune Cross Country Runner of the Year in 2007 … Two-time St. Petersburg Times Cross Country Runner of the Year (2006, 07) … District, regional and state qualifier all four years in both cross country and track … Placed sixth in the 2007 FHSAA Class 4A state cross country meet … Cross country team earned the regional title in 2005 and 2006 … Also took home the district title three years in a row (2005, 06, 07) … Won the Hillsborough County team championship in 2006 … Captain of the 2009 Sickles High School cross country team … Ran a best of 15:25.24 in the 5k …  Recorded the best 1,600m time (4:11.14) and the best 3200m time (9:06.78) in the state and held the second-best 800m time (1:52.9) … Anchor of the 4x800m relay team that took home the 2009 FHSAA Class 4A state champion title … Finished third in the 1,600m state meet in 2008 … Finished fourth in the 3,200m and fifth in the 1,600m at the 2006 state track meet … Four-time track and field regional champion in the 1,600m event (2006-09), two-time regional champion in the 3,200m event (2006, 09) and part of the 4x800m regional championship team (2008, 09) … Four-time track and field district champion in both the 1,600m and 3,200m events (2006-09) … Holds school records in the 5K, 800m, 3,200m, 1,600m and the distance medley, 4x800m and 34x1,600m relay teams.
