HIGH SCHOOL/PREP: A Florida native who graduated from Andover High School in Andover, Kan. … Personal bests of 55-2 (shot put) and 160-0 (discus) … Holds his high school’s record in the shot put … Also played football at Andover, where he was an all-conference linebacker.
