2009 AS A JUNIOR: Wins (5): (o) NCAA Outdoor Championship 4x100m (38.58), SEC Outdoor Championship 200m (20.51), 4x100m (38.74), War Eagle Invitational 4x100m (39.43), Pepsi Florida Relays 4x100m (39.22) … Helped Florida capture its first NCAA 4x100-meter relay title since the 2004 season, running the anchor leg (38.58) … Captured the SEC Championship in the 200-meter dash (20.51) and ran on the winning 4x100-meter relay team (38.74) … Helped Florida win the 4x100m relay event at the War Eagle Invitational (39.43) … Placed second in the finals of the 100m at the War Eagle Invitational (10.19) … Led off the winning 4x100-meter relay at the Pepsi Florida Relays (39.22) … Earned a personal-best time and clocked the fastest time in school history in the 60-meter dash at the Virginia Tech qualifier (6.62) … Placed fifth in the finals of the 60m at the SEC Indoor Championships … Fourth in the finals of the 60m at the SEC/Big 12 Showdown (6.74) … Finished second in the 55m at the Tom Jones Memorial Invitational (6.25), tying his personal-best in the event.

 

2008 AS A SOPHOMORE: Wins (9): (o) Picked up two All-America honors at the 2008 NCAA Outdoor Championships, finishing sixth in the 100m (10.36) and running the third leg of the third-place 4x100m relay team (38.84) … The NCAA East Regional runner-up in the 100m (10.18), earning All-East Region honors in both the 100m and the 4x100m relay … Mississippi Open 100m (10.35), 4x100m (39.59); Spec Towns Invitational 100m – top collegian (10.27), 4x100m (39.82); Pepsi Florida Relays 4x100m (39.66), 4x200m (1:22.06); Hurricane Challenge 4x100m (39.94); (i) Iowa State Classic 60m (6.68); Rod McCravy Memorial 60m (6.66) … Bests of 6.25 (55m), 6.65 (60m), 10.17 (100m) and 21.17 (200m) … Competed in 14 meets (six indoor, eight outdoor) … Took third in 100m at SEC Outdoor Championships with career-best time of 10.17, moving into a tie for fifth on UF’s all-time chart … Won 100m (10.35) and ran third leg of Gators’ victorious 4x100m relay (39.59) at Mississippi Open … Member of Gators’ fourth-place 4x100m relay at Penn Relays (39.33) … Finished as top collegian in 100m (10.27) and led off Gators’ winning 4x100m relay (39.82) at Spec Towns Invitational … Led off UF’s winning 4x100m relay (39.66) and Gators’ victorious 4x200m squad (1:22.06) at Pepsi Florida Relays … Time in 4x200m relay ranked fourth in school history … Also finished fifth in 200m with wind-aided mark of 21.03 and sixth in 100m with wind-aided time of 10.24 … Ran on Gators’ winning 4x100m relay at Hurricane Challenge, posting an NCAA regional-qualifying time of 39.94 … Also took second in 100m (10.42) and third in 200m (21.18), picking up a pair of regional-qualifying marks … Missed finals of 60m by .002 at NCAA Indoor Championships, but finished ninth overall, and seventh among Americans, with time of 6.67 to capture first-career All-America honor … Placed third in 60m at SEC Indoor Championships with NCAA provisional time of 6.65 … Won second-consecutive 60m at Iowa State Classic with NCAA provisional mark of 6.68 … Turned in NCAA provisional mark of 6.66 in 60m to capture first win of season at Rod McCravy Memorial … Placed second among collegians and fourth overall in 55m at Tom Jones Memorial Classic with personal-best and NCAA provisional-qualifying time of 6.25 … Finished seventh in 60m at Big Ten/SEC Challenge (6.91).

 

2007 AS A FRESHMAN: Wins (5): (o) Pepsi Florida Relays 4x100m (39.93);  Jim Click Shoot-Out 100m (10.30), 200m (21.09), 4x100m (39.49); (i) Southeastern Conference Indoor Championships 60m (6.64) … Bests of 6.27 (55m), 6.64 (60m), 10.30 (100m) and 21.01 (200m) … Competed in 12 meets (six indoor, six outdoor) … Attempted to compete at NCAA Outdoor Championships, but tweaked hamstring on opening leg of 4x100m that took 16th in 41.39 … Tried to run at NCAA East Regional Championships despite injury, but finished 30th in 100m (11.49) … Took part in 200m despite injury and was 26th in 200m (23.39) at SEC Outdoor Championships … Tied personal record and was top collegian in 100m and second overall (10.30) at Miami Elite Invitational … Also fifth in 200m with NCAA regional time (21.01) … Top collegiate finisher at Pepsi Florida Relays and second overall in 100m (10.39) … Also ran second leg of winning 4x100m relay (39.93) … SEC Runner of the Week on March 27 after effort at Jim Click Shoot-Out … Despite -1.7 headwind, clocked 10th-fastest time in school history to win 100m at Jim Click Shoot-Out (10.30) … Also won 200m in 21.09 and ran opening leg of winning 4x100m relay (39.49) … All three times were regional qualifying marks … Was 0.01 away from qualifying for finals in the 60m at NCAA Indoor Championships … Finished ninth overall in 6.66 … Became first freshman to win 60m title in more than 30 years at SEC Indoor Championships with time of 6.64 … Mark was the third-fastest in Florida history … Became the first Gator to win the 60m title since 1992 … Was 0.01 away from UF all-time top 10 in first 60m race of career as he ran 6.81 to tie for sixth at Rod McCravy Memorial … Came up 0.01 seconds shy of NCAA provisional in first meet of career in 55m (6.27) at Florida Intercollegiate.

 

HIGH SCHOOL/PREP: Bests of 10.44 in 100m, 21.14 in 200m and 48.93 in 400m … Clocked 14th-fastest time in the nation in 100m (10.44) in 2006 and tied for 25th-best time in 200m (21.23) … 2006 Florida Class 3A 100m champion with time of 10.44 … Took second at 2006 state meet in 200m to future teammate Calvin Smith with time of 21.23 … Improved dramatically from junior to senior year as he finished sixth at 2005 state meet in 100m (11.04) and sixth in 400m (49.16) … Team captured state title in 2005 and was runner-up in 2004 … 2006 graduate of Wolfson High School.
