2012 AS A JUNIOR: Won the 2012 NCAA Outdoor Championship in the men’s 400m with an NCAA-leading, personal best and school-record 44.58, earning the first 400-meter title outdoors in Florida school history and just the seventh men’s 400m-meter NCAA Outdoor Championships title in Southeastern Conference history … Ran the anchor leg on the NCAA Champion men’s 4x400-meter relay, torching the track in a world-leading 3:00.02, clinching the first-ever NCAA Outdoor Championship for the Florida men and earning the first 4x400-meter relay crown outdoors in program history … 2012 SEC Champion in both the men’s 400m and the men’s 4x400-meter relay … Two-time SEC Men’s Runner of the Week as a member of the both the men’s 4x100 and men’s 4x400 … Set a facility record, a national best and a season best in the men’s 400m at the NCAA Indoor Championships with a time of 45.77, earning his first individual NCAA Championship, becoming the first UF Champion in the men’s 400m indoors since Kerron Clement clocked the world record of 44.57 in 2005 … Earned 11 victories throughout the 2012 season.
2011 AS A SOPHOMORE: Won the U.S. Championship in the men’s 400m with a time of 44.68, good for then-fourth all-time at Florida and earning him a spot on the U.S. World Championship team … Runner-up in NCAA Outdoor 400m and seventh indoors to earn First Team All-America honors in both … Ran anchor on NCAA Outdoor 4x400m relay team that finished sixth … SEC Indoor Champion in the 200m, running a personal-best 20.61 … Finished second at the SEC Outdoor Championships in the 400m with a time of 45.87 … Captured the Virginia Tech Elite Meet 400m title with a time of 47.11.
2010 AS A FRESHMAN: Placed third at the NCAA Indoor Championships in the 400-meter dash, recording the third-fastest time in school history at 45.74 … Earned three All-America honors at the NCAA Indoor Championships, placing third in the 400m, eighth in the 200m and running the second leg of the fourth-place 4x400-meter relay squad … SEC Champion both indoors and outdoors as he ran the opening leg of the 4x400-meter relay at the SEC Outdoor Championships (3:02.69) and SEC Indoor (3:05.53) Championships … Helped capture the 2010 Penn Relays 4x400-meter relay title with a time of 3:05.40 … Member of the 4x400-meter relay team that had four victories in the 2010 indoor season … Took home a title in his first collegiate competition, running the opening leg of the 4x400-meter relay for a time of 3:06.40 at the Kentucky Track & Field Invitational.
