Two-time gold medalist at the Paralympic games, setting world records in the 1,500m and 5,000m... Earned Academic Honor Roll distinction... Ran 32:18.90 in the 10,000m at the SEC Championships, 11th overall... Ran a seasonal best 14:39.29 in the 5,000m at the Penn Relays... 12th in the 10,000m at the Sea Ray Relays (31:59.45)... 2000 IN CROSS COUNTRY: Missed two meets to compete in the Paralympic Games in Sydney Australia... 15th and earned his third All-South honor with a time of 31:53.86 at the NCAA South Regional (10k)... second at the Gator Invitational with a time of 25:37.78 (8k).

2000 AS A JUNIOR: Competed in three meets, all indoors... Did not finish a race during the season... Left the team in February.

1999 IN CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in seven events...Selected as an at-large qualifier for the National Championships, the first Gator on the men's squad to compete at the national meet as an individual since Mike Mykytok earned All-America honors in 1991...Placed 160th at the NCAA Championships in 32:51.90...Finished first for the Gators and 10th overall at the NCAA South Regional in 30:13.13, earning his second career all-region honor... Placed fourth for the Gators and 24th overall at the SEC Championships in 26:12.40...Had a streak of seven straight regular season finishes in the top 10 broken at the Wolverine Interregional with a 15th place finish (25:34)... Set a new PR with a time of 24:50.49 at the Gator Invitational, taking second and earning his second SEC Athlete of the Week honor... Top finisher for Florida (8th) at Sam Bell in a new personal best of 25:09, earning his 10th career top-10 finish... Earned his second career victory at the Nike Twi-Light Invitational in a new school and course record for four-miles: 20:01.05... Named the SEC Athlete of the Week for his performance.

1999 AS A SOPHOMORE OUTDOORS: Bests of 3:49.02 (1500m), 8:19.83 (3000m) and 14:29.81 (5000m)... Competed in seven meets (Seven outdoor)... Seventh in Outdoor SEC Championships 1500m, 3:49.02... Ninth in the Penn Relays 5000m, 14:29.81 - Personal Best... Florida Relays champion, 4x1600m Relay, 17:02.29 (Second leg with Chambers, Joseph and Tanner) - New Florida Record and third in the 1500m, 3:52.67... Redshirted indoor season.

1998 IN CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in all six meets... Had five top-10 finishes... 13th at the NCAA South Regional (10k), 31:47.12 - All-South Region honors... 10th at the SEC Championships (8k), 25:23.22 - All-SEC Honors.

1998 AS A SOPHOMORE INDOORS/ FRESHMAN OUTDOORS: Bests of 3:49.94 (1500m), 8:18.23 (3000m) and 14:45.02 (5000m)... Competed in 10 meets (Four Indoor, Six outdoor)... Sixth in Outdoor SEC Championships 1500m, 3:51.75- First non-Arkansas runner to finish... Florida Relays champion, 4x800m Relay, 7:32.90 (Leadoff leg with Tanner, Lancaster and Singleton)... Seventh at the Indoor SEC Championships 5000m, 14:45.02.

Won regional track championships in 800, 1600 and 3200m... 1995 Furman Invitational Cross Country meet champion... 1996 Florida Relays 3200m champion. High School Coach: Fred Finke.
