"BEYOND THE STATS": 16th and final participant accepted into the 60m hurdle field at the 2000 NCAA Indoor Championships. Ran a Florida 60m Hurdle record of 7.76 to make it into the finals where he finished sixth in 7.85 in an upset three points for the Gators... Was not declared for the 2000 Outdoor NCAA Championships despite an automatic qualifer. He suffered a stress fracture in his right tibia and could not compete... After one year of competition, he holds the Florida record in the 60m hurdles at 7.76 and is ranked fourth in the 110m hurdles (13.71) and sixth in the 55m hurdles (7.29) on the Florida all-time performance list... Fourth transfer from Barton County Community College in Kansas in the past two years... Roommates with teammates Aaron Armstrong and Geno White.
