1999 IN CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in five meets after fighting through mono during the first month of the season...Placed third for the Gators and 31st overall at the NCAA South Region in 31:16.64...Finished fifth for the Gators and 28th overall at the SEC Championships in 26:23.00...Finished 60th overall at the Wolverine Interregional (26:36)... Took 12th place with a time of 26:10.91 at the Gator Invitational, his best time of the year... In his first race back, finished 86th in a time of 26:46 at the Sam Bell Invitational.

1999 AS A REDSHIRT JUNIOR: Bests of 4:01.21 (1500m), 4:17.16 (Mile), 8:31.68 (3000m), 14:47.20 (5000m) and 31:00.81 (10,000m)... Competed in 12 meets (Five indoor, Seven outdoor)...
