What is considered a group outing?
Bring 15 or more of your closest family, friends, co-workers, teammates, etc. to Alfred A. McKethan Stadium. Examples of groups: Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, Church Groups, School Groups, Sports Teams, Birthday Parties, Fundraising Groups, Employee Outings…the list goes on and on!

I have ordered tickets, when will I receive them?
Orders placed within 8 days of the game date will not be mailed. These orders can be picked up at the Gator Ticket Office during normal box office hours (8:30 am – 5:00 pm Monday through Friday) or on game day prior to tip-off at Alfred A. McKethan Stadium Will Call (located at the north gate). All other orders will be mailed to the name/address provided with the order.
Can I Exchange/Return/Refund my tickets?
All sales are final. Tickets are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Are group discounts available for other Gator Sporting events?
Group Discounts are available for all ticketed sports at UF excluding Football. Ticket prices and group minimums vary by sport. Please contact Thom Savage for more details.
