Season-High National Ranking: 26 (Fall 2011 with Alexandra Cercone) … 18-7 overall record, 12-5 in dual matches (including 5-2 in SEC regular-season matches) playing with Alexandra Cercone (6-2), Olivia Janowicz (4-2), Joanna Mather (1-1) and Allie Will (1-0) …  in the NCAA lineup pairing with Cercone ... in the NCAA title match, provided the clinching doubles-point victory with an 8-5 decision against McCall Jones and Carlilng Seguso; Cercone & Hitimana lost their serve early, but got the match back on serve in the sixth game with a break before Hitimana held at love for 4-3. Both teams held on the next four games, before the Gators broke at love to take a 7-5 lead and Cercone served up an ace on match point to earn the victory ... won a thrilling 8-6 clinching victory that lasted 1:46 in the NCAA Quarterfinals against Miami’s Anna Bartenstein and Brittany Dubins, helping Cercone hold serve in the 13th game that lasted 18 points and fighting off five break points for the 7-6 lead ... earned a clutch 8-2 against Michigan’s Kristy Dodge and Sarah Lee in the NCAA Round of 16 after falling behind 2-0 and helped UF win the doubles point ... provided the first victory of the NCAA Team Championships with an 8-0 win against South Carolina State’s Katarina Barborikova and Valeria Savina ... during the April 8 win against LSU, collected the 100th combined singles and doubles win of her career and became the 44th member of the Gator’s 100-victory club; the milestone win came on the doubles court, where Hitimana paired with Alexandra Cercone for an 8-3 victory, as Hitimana fittingly served out the final game for the 50th doubles win of her career … 3-1 in doubles-point clinching matches, including the win in the NCAA Team Championship match!

Doubles:  Current ITA National Doubles Ranking: none … Season-High National Doubles Ranking: 39 (March 17 with Joanna Mather) … compiled a 19-7 overall record, including a 19-3 dual match record … paired with three different partners in dual matches: Anastasia Revzina (9-0: 8-0 at No. 3, 1-0 at No. 2); Joanna Mather (9-1: 7-1 at No. 3; 2-0 at No. 2); and Claire Bartlett (1-2 at No. 3) … partnered with Revzina throughout the NCAA Team Tournament, where the duo went 4-0 and provided the clinching doubles point twice, including the thrilling 8-6 decision over Stanford’s Carolyn McVeigh and Veronica Li in the NCAA Final, rallying from a 4-2 deficit to break in the final game ... tallied the initial win in the NCAA Semifinals with a quick 8-1 victory over Jelena Durisic/Jocelyn Ffriend ... recorded the first decision in the NCAA Round of 16 defeating Ole Miss’ Guthrie and van de Stroet 8-4, helping UF win the doubles point (the other two matches split) ... 5-0 in clinching doubles point matches with Revzina, including the win mentioned previously in the NCAA Team Final, as well as the 8-3 decision against Miami’s Danielle Mills and Claudia Wasilewski in the NCAA Quarterfinals and the 8-5 win against Tennessee’s Pluskota and Lee in the SEC Tournament final after trailing 2-0

PRIOR TO FLORIDA

Received her high school diploma in June of 2008 from Cardinal Mercier in Waterloo, Belgium ... doubles semifinalist with fellow countrywoman Sophie Cornerotte at the 10K Dubai played in the United Arab Emirates in November of 2008 … won four rounds of qualifying action to reach the main draw of the 10K Portimao in Portugal in 2009 … played her way through qualifying at the 2008 10K Prague and advanced to the second round of the main draw … quarterfinalist at the 2004 Allianz Switzerland Trophy (ETA 16 – cat. 2) … benefitted as a lucky-loser at the 2005 Tennis College Flevoland and marched into the semifinals … advanced to the quarterfinals of the 2006 Aarhus ITF Denmark (Grade 5), also reaching the doubles final with Anouk Delefortie… trained as ISP in Nice, France for half of the 2009 season … coached by Regis Lavergne.
