Spring 2012: Finished the 2011-12 season with a 24-14 singles record and a 26-18 doubles mark…No. 49 in the final singles rankings and No. 13 in doubles with Billy Federhofer…Posted at least 20 wins in each of his three seasons at UF and finished his career with a 69-30 singles record…Named All-SEC Second Team for the second year in a row…Had an 11-6 dual-match singles record, but an impressive 7-1 mark in SEC matches playing at the No. 2 and No. 3 spots…Reached No. 37 in the singles rankings…Played No. 1 doubles in 25 of the team’s 26 dual matches…Competed in the 2012 NCAA Singles and Doubles Championships, advancing to the Round of 32 in singles and losing to eventual champion Steve Johnson of USC.

 

Fall 2011: Entered the fall ranked No. 37 in the nation…Had a 9-4 record in singles play, including six-straight wins to open the season…3 of 4 losses came to opponents ranked in the top 100 nationally…Advanced to the quarterfinals of both the Southern Intercollegiate Championships and the USTA/ITA Southeast Regional Championships…Paired with Billy Federhofer in doubles, beginning the fall ranked No. 36, and played outstanding, finishing with a 13-4 record…The duo started the fall off with a 5-3 record, but reeled off eight-straight wins and earned the No. 4 national ranking heading into the spring…They claimed the USTA/ITA Southeast Regional Title and advanced to the semifinals of the USTA/ITA National Indoor Championships…The teammates knocked off three-straight top-20 opponents at the National Indoor Championships…Beat the No. 1-ranked tandem of Kevin King and Juan Spir from Georgia Tech, 9-7, in the quarterfinals of the National Indoor Championships.

Spring 2011: Finished the 2010-11 season with a 25-11 singles record and a 29-10 doubles mark…Ranked 83rd in the final ITA singles rankings and 29th in the doubles rankings (with Alexandre Lacroix)…Earned second-team All-SEC honors…Led the Gators with 20 dual singles wins and an .800 dual winning percentage (20-5)…Reached a career-high singles ranking of No. 80 on April 12…His 29 doubles victories tied for the team lead with Lacroix…His 54 combined wins are tied for the ninth-best in a single season in UF history (Antoine Benneteau, 2009-10)…Slilam and Lacroix posted a 6-4 record at No. 1 doubles before a lineup shuffle paired Slilam with Billy Federhofer…Slilam and Federhofer went on to a 13-3 record, including 6-1 at No. 2 and 7-2 at No. 3…Slilam opened the dual season with seven straight singles wins and finished it with five victories in a row…Named to the All-SEC Tournament Team…His three-set win over Brad Cox clinched the SEC Tournament championship match for the Gators against Kentucky…Also clinched the SEC quarterfinal win against Mississippi State in a three-set battle with James Chaudry…Finished 6-4 overall in three-set matches…Earned his highest-ranked win with a defeat of No. 24 Daniel Nguyen in straight sets in UF’s 4-3 loss to eventual national champion USC.

 

Fall 2010: Posted a 4-5 singles record and went 8-2 in doubles play with Alexandre Lacroix…Received a preseason national doubles ranking of No. 20 with Lacroix…Reached the doubles semifinals at the ITA All-American Championships in Tulsa, Okla., and the quarterfinals at the USTA/ITA Southeast Regional Championships in Gainesville.

 

SOPHOMORE

Spring 2010: Transferred to UF and enrolled in January 2010…Tallied an 8-2 singles record in SEC play while going 20-5 overall and 19-4 in duals his first season in Gainesville…Earned a 15-3 mark at the No. 6 position and 4-1 at No. 5…Scored the clinching point in a team-high six matches, including each of the Gators’ first- and second-round wins in the NCAA Tournament…Named to the All-Tournament Team in February’s ITA National Team Indoor Championships…Won his lone doubles match of the season, teaming with Daniel Cash against Florida Atlantic.

 

Prior to Florida

Held a -30 French ranking…Achieved a No. 86 ranking in the ITF Junior World Rankings…Reached No. 1,456 in the ATP Rankings…Two-time competitor in the main juniors draw at Roland Garros…Wins include ITF No. 6 Henrique Cunha.
