Antoine Benneteau is in his second season as a student assistant coach at Florida, following an All-American career with the Gators. Benneteau played for Florida from 2009-10, compiling career records of 42-19 (.689) in singles and 46-21 (.687) in doubles.
Benneteau earned doubles All-American accolades in 2010, as he and Alexandre Lacroix tallied a 31-8 record, the second-most doubles wins in a season in UF history. In both of his seasons with the Gators, the Boulogne-Billancourt, France, native earned both All-SEC and SEC Academic Honor Roll recognition. He also received recognition on the men’s 2010 ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District III At-Large team and was the team’s Gator Academic Excellence Award winner.
While serving as a student assistant coach, Benneteau will continue pursuing his degree in management.
