FALL OF 2007 Completed the fall with a team-leading 11 singles wins (11-5 overall) and was 4-4 on the doubles courts…Opened the year with four straight wins at the Southern Intercollegiate and advanced all the way to the semifinals of the Division II doubles draw before retiring in the third set against Georgia's Josh Varela…Made a showing in the consolation semifinals at the ITA Southeast Regional in Lexington, Ky…Advanced to the quarterfinals of the Seminole Invitational to close out the fall…Teamed with Dan Cash in doubles and the two earned their way into the Division II finals at the Southern Intercollegiate.

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2006-07 Was a mainstay on the No. 4 singles court and at No. 2 in doubles…Went 12-18 overall in singles and 6-17 in doubles…Was 4-13 on the No. 4 singles court and 1-0 on the No. 5 court…Was 4-8 at the No. 2 double spot.

FALL OF 2006 Ranked No. 56 in the ITA preseason doubles poll with Jordan Dolberg…Went 7-3 in singles play and 2-4 on the doubles courts…Seven singles victories were the most by any newcomer to the squad in the fall...Opened by advancing to the Division III singles quarterfinals at the Southern Intercollegiate in Athens, Ga…Picked up four wins at the Bollettieri Invitational in Brandenton, Fla…Paired with Dolberg in doubles as the two won their opening match at the ITA Southeast Region Indoor.

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2005-06 Attended William and Mary…Ended the season at No. 54 in the ITA doubles poll with Alex Cojanu as the duo posted a 12-6 mark…Went 5-21 on the singles courts…Went 20-16 overall in doubles with six different partners…Advanced to the semifinals of the doubles draw at the ITA Mideast Regional Championships in Chapel Hill, NC, with Colin O'Brien…Mulligan and Cojanu earned second team All-Colonial Athletic Association honors…They defeated a pair of ranked opponents this season, including an 8-3 road win over then-seventh-ranked Strahinja Bobusic and Colin Purcell (Georgia).

PREP Won two state championships in high school ...Advanced to the quarterfinals in singles at the 2005 Florida Open Championships and went 5-2 at the 2005 USTA Spring National Championships, where he upset the nation’s second-ranked player...Went 4-2 in singles at the 2004 USTA National Clay Court Championships...Went 5-2 in singles at the 2004 USTA National Open...Reached the semifinals in doubles at the 2004 Bush Florida Open...Competed in the Orange Bowl...Also played soccer and was the MVP of his traveling team, Strike Force.
