AS A REDSHIRT FRESHMAN IN 2005-06 Appeared in the SEC Indoor Championships in January and finished the year with a 5-7 overall singles record…Did not compete in doubles during the Spring…Named to the SEC Academic Honor Roll.
FALL OF 2005 Went 5-5 in singles play and 1-5 on the doubles courts…Opened fall campaign with a pair of victories at the Southern Intercollegiate to advance to the Division II singles draw round of 16...Spent the majority of the fall paired with Stefan Tell in doubles as the two picked up a 9-8 (7) victory at the Bulldog Scramble over South Carolina's Geraldo Knorr and Thomas Stoddard.

Prep Attended Durant High School…2003 Class 3A state champion in singles and doubles…First player at Durant High School to win district, regionals, and state…2003 and 2004 St. Pete Times and Tampa Tribune Tennis Player of the Year in Hillsborough County…2004 All-Athletic Academic honoree…Also named to the Tampa Prep Challenge All-Tournament Team in soccer in 2004…Was the salutatorian on his graduating class.
