AS A JUNIOR IN 2003-2004 Earned All-America recognition in singles and doubles play and became the sixth player in school history to earn the honor three-or-more times in a career…An All-SEC First Team selection…Named Co-SEC Scholar Athlete of the Year…Was the only player in NCAA Division I Tennis to advance to the quarterfinal round in both the singles and doubles draw at the 2004 NCAA Championships in Tulsa…Finished the season ranked No. 11 in the ITA singles poll and was No. 26 along with Chris Brandi in the doubles edition of the rankings…Named the SEC Player of the Week on April 5 as he came away with a 6-1, 6-4 victory over Ole Miss' fourth-ranked Catalin Gard…Finished the year 21-10 in singles play and 14-7 a the top of the singles dual match order…Had 13 singles wins and six doubles victories over ranked opponents in dual match play to lead all Gators…Posted an 18-11 record with Chris Brandi in doubles play and went 15-9 in dual match action on the top court…One of three Florida players to notch seven singles victories against SEC opponents in dual matches. To lead the team…Also, had the top record on the squad versus SEC opponents in doubles dual match action with a 7-3 record…Named to the SEC Academic Honor Roll.

FALL OF 2003 Ranked No.8 in the ITA preseason singles poll ... Appeared in three singles matches and posted a 1-2 record ... The win came against Adrian Zguns in the opening round of the National Indoor Collegiate Championships in Ann Arbor, Mich.... In the match, Mirzadeh outlasted Zguns (7-5),6- 7 (2),6-2)..Met up with No.38 Ludovic Walter of Duke in the second round of the indoor championships and dropped a 7-5,6-0 decision.

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2002-2003 Became one of Florida 's 13 different All- American 's ... Named to the All--SEC first team for the second-straight season ... One of seven Florida players to be selected to the All-SEC Academic Honor Roll ... Had a .560 winning percentage (14-13 overall record) playing exclusively at the No.1 position and finished the season ranked No.13 in the ITA polls ... Went 16-14 in doubles play and ended the year ranked 16th nationally with Chris McDonald ... Earned a bid to compete in the NCAA Singles Championships, reaching the quarterfinals and also made a first round appearance in the doubles championships with McDonald ... Clinched Florida 's match against Georgia with a 7-6 (9),6-2 win over Bo Hodge to give the Gators their eighth SEC title ... Went 8--3 in singles action against SEC opponents ... Played at the No.1 doubles position with McDonald ... The two defeated second-ranked Amer Delic and Michael Calkins of Illinois (8-6) to help UF clinch the doubles point in the finals of the USTA/ITA National Men 's Team Indoor after the Gators made their deepest run in the tournament in school history.

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2001-02 Posted a 12-18 singles mark and a 22-10 doubles mark overall ... Finished the season ranked 90th in ITA singles and 23rd in doubles ... Selected for the NCAA Doubles Championship and named First-Team All-SEC for doubles with Chris McDonald ... Peaked at No.14 in the ITA doubles rankings and No.70 in singles ... Played exclusively at No.1 in both singles and doubles, going 7-14 in singles and 14-6 in doubles ...Faced a team-high 16 ranked opponents in singles with his top win coming over No. 22 Alex Hartman of Ole Miss to clinch UF 's 4-3 win over the Rebels on March 1 ... Also clinched UF 's 4-3 win over South Florida in three sets in the second round of the NCAAs ... Fourteen of his 18 singles losses were to ranked players ... Advanced to round of 16 play in both singles and doubles of 2000 Junior Australian Open ... 1999 Singles Champion in the Gator Bowl, and 2001 Singles finalist ... Singles finalist in 2001 and 1999 Easter Bowl Tournaments ... Attended Lake Worth High School but did not play any varsity sports for the Trojans.
