SEC Championships: Placed 14th in the 200-yard butterfly in a personal-best time of 1:59.19, and finished 27th in the 100-yard butterfly (54.67) and 37th in the 200-yard backstroke (1:59.05)… Posted a season-best in the 200-yard backstroke at the Ohio State Invitational with a time of 1:57.06… Competed in other dual meets and invitational competition throughout the season.
Prior to Florida:
High School All-American and was selected as the Big Bend Swimmer of the Year in 2013… Lawton Chiles were two-time Florida State Champions… Coached in high school by Ashley Moore… Parents are Terry Maul and Jodi Yambor… Trained under her father with the Tallahassee Area Aquatic Club… Father, Terry, swam for Florida State from 1964-68… Mother, Jodi, swam for the University of Miami (Fla.) from 1975-79… Cousin, Scott Peek, played football at UF from 2008-12… Graduated Magna Cum Laude from Lawton Chiles… Chose Florida over N.C. State and North Carolina.
