Named
to the SEC All-Freshman Team after he performance in the 200 fly at the 2012
conference championships…Swam the fastest 500 free (4:47.01), 1,650 free
(16:45.58) and 200 fly (1:57.48) on the year by a UF freshman…Finished fifth in
the 200 fly (1:58.08), 13th in the 1,650 free (16:45.58) and 14th
in the 500 free (4:47.01) in her first appearance at the SEC Championships…Took
third in the 400m free (4:24.24) and sixth in the 200m free (2:06.93) against
Auburn…Touched first in the 500 free (4:51.19) and third in the 1,000 free
(10:09.30) against FAU…Collected a top-10 finish at the Georgia Tech
Invitational when she touched in 16:50.83 to finish eighth in the 1,650
free…Against top-ranked Georgia, finished sixth in the 400m free (4:25.79) and
seventh in the 200m free (2:08.77)…Tallied points in her first SEC meet against
LSU, taking fourth in the 200 free (1:52.68) and fifth in the 100 free
(53.02)…Made her collegiate debut at the All-Florida Invitational finishing
fourth in the 500 free (4:52.50).

Estero High School…Named a senior captain… finished her high school career with
three All-America honors and five state championships, including three
consecutive state titles in the 500 free and two consecutive state titles in
the 200 free…Trained with the Gulf Coast Swim Team under head coach Don Henshaw…CollegeSwimming.com’s
No. 3 rated women’s swimmer in the state of Florida…The only female swimmer in
the history of Estero High to have won a state championship.
