2011-12: Missed the first month of competition
due to injury, making her debut against FSU swimming exhibition in the 200 free
where she touched eighth in 1:53.89…Finished eighth in the 500 free (4:43.51),
12th in the 200 free (1:48.55), ninth in the 1,650 free (16:24.53)
at the 2012 SEC Championships…Touched seventh in 1:50.71 in the 200 free against
Tennessee…Was the runner-up in the 800m free in Florida’s win over Auburn after
stopping the clock at 8:57.25…Made her full season debut against FAU where she
finished three-four in the 200 free (1:50.65) and recorded a career-low swim in
the 100 free (53.04), respectively.
2010-11: A 2011 All-American selection in the
1,650 free…Finished ninth at NCAA’s in the 1,650 free, touching in both a
personal- and UF-season best 16:02.36…The time ranks seventh in school
history…Took home three top-ten finishes at the SEC Championships, including
third in the 1,650 free (16:02.92), eighth in the 500 free (4:43.17) and ninth
in the 200 free (1:46.91)…Won the 200 fly with a season-best 2:04.52 and swam
the last leg of the 400 medley relay that took second in the win over Indian
River State College…Took third in the 500 free in back-to-back meets against
Auburn and Tennessee, clocking in at 4:54.18 and 4:51.39, respectively…Swept
both backstroke events against Georgia Tech winning the 100 (56.23) and 200
back (2:03.34), respectively…Against Florida State, finished second in the 500
(4:51.65) and third in the 1,000 free (9:55.54)…Finished third in the
double-dual meet against Stanford and Michigan in the 500 free, putting in a
4:58.03 swim…Part of the 800 free relay team that took second in the
All-Florida Invitational…Helped lead head coach Gregg Troy to his 11th
consecutive top-10 finish at NCAA’s.
2009-10: A NCAA qualifier, finished 20th
at 2010 NCAAs in the 1,650 free (16:13.81), 24th in the 500 free
(4:44.27) and 36th in the 400 IM (4:15.88)…Took fifth in the 1,650
free (16:13.81) at the 2010 SEC Championships, while finishing 11th
in the 400 IM and 500 free…Won the 1,000 free (9:57.25) in the win over
Tennessee…Placed third in the 500 (4:49.66) and 1,000 free (9:50.65) in the
rivalry win over Auburn…Won the 200 free (1:50.32) in the victory against
FAU…Placed fourth in the 200 fly against FAU…Came in third in the 100 breast
(1:05.79) and fourth in the 100 free (53.15) in the win over LSU…Won the 1,000
free (9:50.52) and took second in the 500 free (4:52.06) in the win over
Florida State…Finished fourth in the 500 free (4:51.03) at the Georgia Tech
Fall Invitational…Placed fourth in the 500 free (4:54.35) and 1,650 free
(16:24.42) against Stanford and Michigan…Took third in the 1,650 free
(16:48.34) and fourth in the 200 back (2:04.20) against Arkansas…Won the 1,000
free (9:54.62) and came in fourth in the 500 free (4:54.61) in the victory over
Virginia.
