National/International Competition: Posted a personal best 2:14.35 in her first-place finish in the 200 back, while she also claimed the 200 and 400 IM, additionally, she finished fourth in the 100 back at the 2011 N I Niagara Long Course Classic…A 2008 U.S. Olympic Trials qualifier in the 200 IM …Contributed a ninth place finish in the 200 IM at U.S. Long Course Junior Nationals, a second-place finish as a member of the 400 free relay team, third in the 400 medley relay and fourth in the 800 free relay at Junior Nationals.
2011-12: Finished 10th in both the 100 (54.88) and 200 back (1:56.37) and added a 25th seeded 2:02.35 effort in the 200 IM at the 2012 SEC Championships…Took fourth in the 100m back (1:08.36) and sixth in the 200m back (2:32.82) to help push Florida past Auburn for the win…Claimed the 200 back title in 2:02.70 against FAU…In the double dual against Michigan and Stanford, touched in 2:03.77 to take eighth in the 200 back…Finished four races in the top-20 at the Georgia Tech Invitational – taking 15th in the 200 back (2:01.78), 16th in the 200 IM (2:04.57) and 20th in both the 100 back (59.38) and 400 IM (4:26.19)…Against Georgia, took sixth and eighth in the 100m back (1:10.26) and 200m back (2:26.39), respectively…Finished four-five in the 50 free (24.92) and 100 fly (57.99) against Arkansas…Took back-to-back runner-up finishes in the 200 back touching in 2:02.23 against LSU and 1:59.05 at the All-Florida Invitational.
2010-11: Named to the All-SEC Freshman team for her fifth-place performance in the 200 back (1:55.20) at the 2011 Conference Championships…Finished 14th and 16th at the SEC Championships in the 200 (1:59.76) and 400 IM (4:15.51), respectively…Clinched dual victories at the UGA Last Chance Meet in the 100 and 200 back, clocking in a personal-best 54.20 and 1:56.22, respectively…Took home two victories in the win over Indian River State College, capturing the 200 IM crown (2:03.64) and as a member of the 200 freestyle relay that finished in 1:33.82…Against SEC foe Tennessee, clinched two third-place finishes with an individual performance in the 200 back with an NCAA “B” cut 1:59.01 and a 24.95 split as a part of the 200-yard medley relay…Won both the 100 back (56.23) and 400 IM in a collegiate-best 4:19.34 against Georgia Tech…Captured her first-ever collegiate individual victory and clocked in a personal-best 1:57.69 in the 200 back at the Big Al Open, and also finished second in both the 200 IM (2:01.98) and as a member of the 400 MR…Finished third in the 200 back (2:00.05) against rival Florida State…Touched in 1:59.58 to finish ninth out of 60 competitors in the 200 back at the Georgia Tech Invite…In the double-dual meet against Stanford and Michigan, finished third in the 200 back, clocking in at 1:59.95…Made her collegiate debut at the All-Florida Invitational as a member of three top-five relay teams in the 800, 400 and 200 freestyle relay teams that finished first, second and fourth, respectively, while also finishing eighth individually in the 200 IM (2:06.38).
Prior to Florida: Graduated from Carmel High School in Carmel, Ind., where she was team captain her senior season…Trained with the Carmel Swim Club under head coach Chris Plumb…Won the 2009 state title in the 200 IM, leading Carmel to its 23rd consecutive state title, the longest girls winning streak in the nation…Part of the relay squad that shattered the 200 free relay National High School Record in 2009…The fly leg on the 2009 17-18 400 medley relay team that broke a national age group record…Also won the 200 IM in 2008 as a junior.
