2011-12: Named to the 2012 SEC Academic Honor
Roll…Swam in two meets on the year for the Gators before being sidelined for
the season with an injury…Against LSU, finished the 200 fly in 2:05.86…Competed
each day of the All-Florida Invitational with a 25.37 effort in the 50 free;
54.49 effort in the 100 free and 5:14.62 effort in the 500 free. Also added
swims in both the 100 (57.61) and 200 fly (2:05.98), as well as the 100 back
(1:03.23).
2010-11: Captured first place as a member of the
800 freestyle relay team, second in the 200 fly (2:04.63) and third in the 500
free (5:09.30) in the victory over Indian River State College…Finished third in
both the 200 fly, clocking in at 2:07.61, and as a member of the 200 FR against
Florida Atlantic… Against Georgia Tech, finished fourth in the 100 fly and
sixth in the 100 back, clocking in at 58.04 and 1:02.10, respectively…Took
three individual honors home at the Big Al Open in the 200 fly (2:03.93), 100
fly (56.21) and 500 free (4:58.91), finishing fourth, fifth and tenth,
respectively. Also swam as a member of the 200 MR, 400 MR and FR as well as the
800 FR teams at the Big Al Open, helping Florida reel in a fourth, two fifth
and a seventh place accolades…In the double-dual meet against Michigan and
Stanford, took eighth in the 200 fly (2:04.93), 10th in the 100 fly
(59.03) and 11th in the 200 free (1:57.23)…Finished seventh in both
the 100 and 200 fly against Virginia, touching in 58.04 and 2:06.75,
respectively…Began her freshman campaign at the All-Florida Invitational,
finishing eighth in the 100 fly (57.90).
Prior to Florida: Graduated from The Bolles
School in Jacksonville, Fla., where she swam under head coach Sergio Lopez…High
school All-American in the 100 fly and 200 free relay…Part of the 200 free
relay squad that won the 2009 state title with a state record 1:53.22…Named to
the honor roll and president’s list all four years of high school.
