National/International Competition

Competed at the 2009 U.S. Nationals/World Trials in Indianapolis, Ind., finishing 28th in the 100-meter breast with a time of 1:11.88…A 2008 U.S. Olympic Trials qualifier in the 100 breaststroke …  National qualifier in the 200 IM and 100 breaststroke … Placed 18th in the 100 breaststroke at 2006 Nationals … Placed seventh in the 100 breaststroke at the 2006 US Open.

 

At Florida

2008-09: A member of UF’s 2009 NCAA squad…Additionally aided Florida to its 17th SEC Championship crown…Earned two All-America honors at the 2009 NCAA Championships as a member of UF’s 200 and 400-yard medley relays… 200 medley relay finished eighth (1:37.28), while 400 medley relay finished 14th (3:33.75) at NCAAs…Individually, finished 44th in the 100 breast, clocking a 1:02.66…Was a member of Florida’s SEC Champion and SEC record-setting 200-yard individual medley relay that also set a Florida record (1:36.22)…Finished 10th overall in the 100 breast (1:01.33), the third-fastest time in UF history, while taking 26th in the 200 IM (2:02.41) at SECs…Also swam the breast leg on the second-place 400-yard medley relay (3:31.41) that established a new UF record in Auburn, Ala. …Swam a total of 13 meets for the Gators her freshman campaign…Had season-best time in the 100 fly at the 2009 U.S. Short Course Nationals, where she clocked a 59.69…Swam a season-best 50 free (24.67), finishing second in the event as the Gators defeated Indian River State College and Florida Gulf Coast University the last dual meet of the season.
