1998-99: Was named to the Coaches Association of America's All-Academic Team...was one of six to represent UF at the 1999 NCAA Championships...earned three All-America accolades...member of the 800-yard free relay which finished seventh, and the 400-yard free and 400-yard medley relays which also finished in the top 16 at the NCAAs...recorded career-best times in the 100-, 200- and 500-yard free at SECs...touched third in the 200 free (1:48.14) while finishing eighth in the 100 free (50.79), and seventh in the 500 free (4:48.69)...helped UF's 400- and 800-yard freestyle relay teams finish third at SECs...

1997-98: Earned three All-America honorable mention accolades as a member of the 14th-place 800 free relay, 15th-place 400 medley relay and 16th-place 400 free relay at the NCAA Championships...took fourth in the 200 free (1:49.25), eighth in the 500 free (4:50.52) and 11th in the 100 free (51.80), while also swimming on the third-place 800 free relay and fourth-place 400 free relay at the SEC Championship meet...had a career best of 1:48.89 finishing 1st in the Gators win over Miami in the 200 free...

High School: A 1997 graduate of Ridgefield HS...three-time high school All-American...two-time Connecticut High School State Open Champion (200- and 500-yard free) in 1995...won the 200 free and took third in the 500 free at the 1997 NISCA National High School Championships...holds 12 Ridgefield High School and pool records...swam for Wilton Wahoos under Tim Murphy...
