National/International Competition:

Two-time Senior National qualifier in the 1500-meter free in 1995...posted a third-place finish at Regionals in 1995 with a personal-best time of 17:07.92 in the 1500 free...placed fourth in the 1500 free in August of 1994 at Junior Nationals...finished 17th in the 1650-yard free and 19th in the 1000 free in 1994 Junior Nationals.

SEC Championships:

1998 - Named to the SEC Academic Honor Roll...did not compete at the SEC meet. 1997 - Finished 14th in the 1650-yard free (17:11.54), 20th in the 500 free (5:02.75) and 32nd in the 200 free (1:56.62)...named to the SEC Academic Honor Roll. 1996 - Placed 19th in the 1650 free (17:19.70), 35th in the 500 free (5:11.20) and 37th in the 200 free (1:59.66).

High School:

Graduated one semester early from Gainesville High School (December 1995), joining the UF team in January of 1996... captured fourth-place in the 500 free (5:03.06) at the 1994 Florida High School State Champion-ships...member of the Nebraska High School State Championship team as a freshman, before moving to Gainesville...named Most Valuable Swimmer three-straight years, while also earning all-area honors, while at Gainesville High...also a member of the record-setting 400 free relay team at GHS...1994 Eagle Select camp member in Colorado Springs, Colo....competed for Gainesville High under Rob Ramirez and Florida Aquatics Swim Team (F.A.S.T.) under Kevin McKenna.
