Competed at the 2013 World Aquatics Championships in Barcelona, Spain, where he placed 45th in the 100 free with a time of 51.77 seconds… Currently a member of the Uruguay National Team.
Ended his season by clocking career-best times in three events (50 Free, 100 Free, 100 Breast) at Florida’s Last Chance Meet… Was a member of UF’s first place 200-yard freestyle relay team and placed fourth in the 50-yard freestyle in a time of 20.33 seconds at the Georgia Tech Fall Invitational… Captured a pair of third-place finishes in the 50-yard (21.03) and 100-yard (47.10) freestyle races in a dual meet at Kentucky… Was a member of UF’s first-place 200-yard medley relay team in a dual meet against LSU… Made his UF debut in at the Pinch A Penny All Florida Invitational where he competed in multiple events and recorded his best finish in the 100-yard freestyle prelims, as he placed 10th in 46.51… Honors: 2015 SEC Academic Honor Roll.
Enrolled in the Spring of 2014 … Sat out season as a redshirt.

Competed with Club Campus de Maldonado.
