2011-12: Named to the 2012 SEC Academic Honor Roll…Picked up one All-America honor at the 2012 NCAA Swimming and Diving Championships as a member of the 800 free relay…Individually, finished 17th in the 400 IM (3:49.13) and 27th in the 500 free (4:20.40) at the NCAA meet…Took third in the 400 IM (3:48.93), fourth in the 500 free (4:20.59) as well as a ninth-place swim in the 1,650 free (15:16.38) at the SEC Championships. Was also a part of the silver-winning 800 freestyle team that finished in 6:20.86 – the ninth fastest time in school history…Finished second in both the 200 free (1:48.14) and 200 back, in a personal-best 1:49.63 in the conference win over Tennessee…In the win over Auburn, took second in the 200m free, touching in 1:55.91 as well as fifth in the 200m back (2:09.97)…Won the 400 IM (3:27.48), finished second in the 500 free (4:23.87), fourth in the 200 back (1:48.34) and ninth in the 100 back (50.54, personal best) to take home top-10 finishes in each event swum at the Classic @ SMU...Took second in both the 500 free and 400 IM touching in 4:25.49 and 3:51.34, respectively and added a fourth-seeded swim in the 1,650 free (15:32.31) at the Georgia Tech Invitational…Claimed both the 1,000 free (9:07.74) and 200 IM (1:50.56) titles as well as a runner-up, personal-best swim in the 200 IM (1:50.93) in the win over FSU…Finished two-three in the 200m back (2:07.06) and 200m free (1:55.87), respectively, against Georgia…Touched second in both the 200 (1:40.30) and 500 free (4:29.93), and finished third in the 200 fly (1:52.22) in the SEC opener against LSU…Won the 200 back in the season opener (1:48.87) at the All-Florida Invitational and recorded career low swims in both the 200 free (1:39.89) and 200 breast (2:07.23).
2010-11: Two-time 2011 NCAA All-American and four–time All-SEC selection…Swam in the 400 IM (3:45.82 ) and 1,650 free (15:00.13) in his National Championship debut finishing 13th and 14th, respectively…Had three top-10 finishes and personal-best times at the 2011 SEC Championships, taking second in the 1,650 free (14:52.11), fourth in the 400 IM (3:44.09) and 6th in the 500 free (4:18.61)…Took third in both the 200 fly (1:51.30) and IM (1:50.11) against Indian River State College…Won the 1,000 free and finished third in the 500 free against Tennessee touching the wall in 9:08.84 and 4:29.64, respectively…Part of the 800 freestyle championship relay team at the SMU Classic…Finished first in the 200 back (1:50.70) and as part of the 400 freestyle relay team, and took second in the 1,000 free (9:13.90) against Georgia Tech…Finished third in the 200 back in back-to-back meets against Virginia and Georgia, touching the wall in 1:51.12 and 1:50.83, respectively…In his collegiate debut at the All-Florida Invitational, took home two meet titles winning the 400 IM in 3:57.52 and as a member of the first place 400 medley relay team, while also taking second with the 800 freestyle relay team, and individually in the 200 IM (1:52.70)…Helped lead head coach Gregg Troy to his 11th consecutive top-10 finish at NCAA’s.
