International/National Competitions: Competed at the 2011 ConocoPhillips National Championships in Palo Alto, Calif., to record a personal-best 1:53.69 in the 200-meter free.


At Florida

2011-12: Finished 14th in the 200 free with a 1:37.80 swim at the 2012 SEC Championships, and added a personal-best 20.79 in a 50 free time trial…Closed out the regular season with a fourth-place effort in the 200 free (1:40.17) and sixth-place finish in the 100 free (46.53) against Tennessee…In the win over Auburn, touched third in the 200m free after the clock was stopped at 1:57.40…Member of the 800 freestyle relay team that finished first at the Georgia Tech Invitational, and added a sixth-place individual effort in the 200 free (1:40.47)…Against rival FSU, clocked in at 1:40.58 for fourth in the 200 free…In the first long course meet of the year, finished fifth in the 200m free (1:56.85) and eighth in the 100m free (54.44)…In his SEC debut against LSU, touched fourth in the 100 free with a time of 46.97…Opened his Gator career at the All-Florida Invitational, where he helped lead the 400 freestyle relay team to victory, and added an individual top-five finish in the 200 free (1:40.21).


At Loyola

2010-11: Swam under head coach Brian Loeffler at Loyola University in Maryland… Led Loyola to its third consecutive Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference championship with five titles… Won the 100 (45.01) and 200-yard freestyle (1:38.58) MAAC titles, while joining teammates to capture the MAAC titles in the 400 and 800-yard freestyle relay, as well as the 400-yard medley relay… Both his 100 and 200 free races were school record, while his 200 free time was also a MAAC record.


Prior to Florida: Set seven school records at Montgomery High School in Skillman, N.J… Won three county/conference championships… Team captain…Two-time Most Valuable Swimmer Award... All-State selection…Princeton Packet Swimmer of the Year… Montgomery News Athlete of the Month.
