Stillwater, Okla.

The road to the 2014 NCAA Championship begins tomorrow for the Florida women’s golf team.

For the second-straight season, the No. 7 seed Gators will travel to Oklahoma for the NCAA Central Regional Championship. The top eight teams from each regional will advance to the 2014 NCAA Championship in Tulsa, Oklahoma, May 20-23.

UF placed fourth in the 2013 NCAA Central Regional to earn their 24th NCAA Championship appearance. Then-senior Mia Piccio paced the Gators with a top-10 finish at a final 2-under (214). Current Gator senior Elcin Ulu carded a notable 3-over for the tournament to snag a top-20 individual finish.

The Gators hold two NCAA Championship titles: 1985 and 1986.
