Gainesville, Fla.

The Gators celebrate their SEC Tournament championship win Sunday.

After an undefeated conference season and capturing the Southeastern Conference Tournament Championship, the University of Florida basketball team earned the No. 1 overall seed in the NCAA Tournament. Florida earned its 26th consecutive win with a 61-60 win over Kentucky in the conference title game. Florida capped off an unprecedented conference slate with its third win of the season over Kentucky.

With its selection to the 2014 NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Tournament, the University of Florida has been invited to play in the second round on Thursday, March 20, in Orlando, Fla., at the Amway Center against the winner of the Albany-Mount St. Mary’s game.

The Gator Ticket Office is now accepting ticket orders to watch the Gators play in Orlando from only interested Men's Basketball Season Ticket Holders.  Season Ticket holders can place an order for a maximum of two (2) tickets per session the Gators play in. However, please note that placing a ticket order does not guarantee a ticket order will be filled.

If the Gator Ticket Office oversells its allotment of tickets, the Gator Booster Priority System will be used to determine which fans will be refunded and also specific seating locations.  If refunds are necessary, those fans that are refunded will be notified by 6 p.m. Tuesday via email of their refund. Those fans that have their orders accepted will also be notified via email. Ticket prices are $172 total for the two sessions that Florida appears in only plus a $10 processing fee.

Florida plays in the early session on Thursday against either Albany or Mount St. Mary's with tip scheduled for 4:10 p.m., following the conclusion of the 1:40 game between Pittsburgh and Colorado. The game will be televised on TBS.

The University Athletic Association, Inc. receives 550 tickets, the same allotment as the other schools in the region.

Due to the short turn-around between the second and third rounds of play in the NCAA Tournament, all interested fans must purchase session tickets for both the second and third rounds at the same time.  If the Gators fail to advance to the third round, all tickets purchased for this round will be refunded.  Total cost for both rounds is $172 plus a $10 processing fee.  All tickets must be picked up at Florida Will Call at the Amway Center on game day, Thursday, March 20. Only the fan ordering/UF student may pick up tickets on site and must present a photo ID to do so.

Ticket orders will be accepted until 5:00 p.m., Mon. March 17.  Fans can order tickets using one of the following methods:

1. Online at www.Gatorzone.com/tickets.

2. Call the Gator Ticket Office and place your order with a Ticket Operations Specialist at (352) 375-4683, ext. 6800.  The Gator Ticket Office is open from 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
