Barry Named ALC Offensive Player of the Week
Nora Barry was named the ALC Offensive Player of the Week after she led No. 5 Florida’s rally to a 14-13 victory over No. 12 Loyola, scoring both the tying and game-winning goals, with the final goal of the game finding the back of the net with 37 seconds left on the clock. Barry scored a total on five goals against the Greyhounds, while also picking up two ground balls and causing two turnovers. As the Gators picked up their first conference win over Michigan, 20-4, Barry scored two goals and added an assist to finish with three points. She also recorded three draw controls, including her 100th career draw control, and a ground ball.
Gators Move Up to No. 4 in Polls

Among the teams remaining on Florida’s schedule, there are four teams present in both the Brine Media Poll and IWLCA Poll: No. 3/2 Syracuse, No. 7/8 Northwestern, No. 9/14 Johns Hopkins and No. 12/11 Penn State; while Ohio State ranks 20th in the IWLCA poll.
