The Gators' 56-game schedule features 34 games within the friendly confines of McKethan Stadium at Perry Field, where the squad is 175-50 (.778) during head coach Kevin O’Sullivan’s six-year tenure. In addition to the season-opening, three-game series against Maryland from Friday-Sunday, Feb. 14-16, Florida will also welcome traditional Sunshine State rivals Florida State (March 18), Florida A&M (April 23), Florida Atlantic (April 1), Florida Gulf Coast (Feb. 27 & March 1), Jacksonville (April 22), North Florida (Feb. 19), UCF (April 2) and USF (May 13).

Other foes who will visit include Connecticut (March 7-9), Illinois (Feb. 28 & March 2), Illinois State (March 12) and Mercer (May 6). The five, three-game SEC home series pit the Gators against Arkansas (March 14-16), LSU (March 28-30), Georgia (April 18-20), Missouri (April 25-27) and Vanderbilt (May 9-11).

Last season, Florida advanced to NCAA Regionals for the sixth year in a row, matching the longest run in school history, and has reached the College World Series in three of the past four campaigns. UF has over half of its games versus opponents who advanced to the 2013 NCAA Tournament, including home series against Arkansas, Connecticut, LSU and Vanderbilt, and will have four series totaling 12 games against teams that reached Super Regionals, one of which advanced to Omaha. The Gators return 18 letterwinners and are bolstered by the nation’s top recruiting class from Baseball America, Collegiate Baseball and Perfect Game.
