Monday November 11, 2013Gators in the NFL Week 10 Update
Seventeen former Gators saw action in week 10 of the NFL season. Of those 17, 13 started for their respective teams. Sharrif Floyd of the Minnesota Vikings made his first professional start at nose tackle.
Jordan Reed of the Redskins caught an 11-yard TD pass to put the Redskins up 17-14 over the Vikings. (Watch Here)
Riley Cooper of the Eagles had two TDs on the day, including catching a 45-yard TD pass. (Watch Here)
The Cleveland Browns, Kansas City Chiefs, New England Patriots and New York Jets, with a combined four former Gators on their rosters, all had a bye in week 10.
Matt Elam Started at FS and recorded three tackles, two solo, including one TFL and a pass breakup.
Deonte Thompson Saw action at WR but did not record a stat.
Carlos Dunlap Made the start at LDE and forced a fumble for the second-straight game, had five tackles, three solo, 2.0 sacks for a total loss of 17 yards and two QB hits.
Reggie Nelson Started at FS, and had a combined four tackles, three solo, with one TFL.
Major Wright Started at SS and tied for a team-leading six tackles, four solo.
Jon Bostic Started at MLB and tied for a team-leading six tackles, three solo.

Andre Caldwell Saw action at WR but did not record a stat.
Jeremy Mincey Saw action at DL and contributed with four tackles, one solo.
Josh Evans Made the start at FS and had five tackles, three solo.
KANSAS CITY CHIEFS (Bye)
Mike Pouncey Started at C.
Mike Gillislee Was not active in week 10.
Caleb Sturgis Went 2-2 in FG attempts against the Bucs.
Jelani Jenkins Did not see action in week 10.
Sharrif Floyd Made his first pro start at nose tackle and contributed with two assists.
