Sunday September 15, 2013Gators Ranked No.19 and 18 in Latest Polls

Gainesville, Fla.

Following Florida’s first bye week of the season, the Gators are ranked 19 in the Associated Press Poll and 18 in the USA Today Coaches Poll, as both were released on Sunday. The Gators will open SEC play at home against Tennessee on Saturday, Sept. 21 in Gainesville. Kickoff time is set for 3:30 p.m. and will be broadcast by CBS.

 

There are seven teams from the SEC currently ranked in the polls. Among the 10 teams remaining on Florida’s schedule, there are four top-15 teams present in rankings: No. 6 LSU (Oct. 12 in Baton Rouge, La.), No. 9 Georgia (Oct. 27 in Jacksonville, Fla.), No. 12 South Carolina (Nov. 16 in Columbia, S.C.) and No. 8 Florida State (Nov. 30 in The Swamp).
