Sunday March 17, 2013Florida Announces Men's Basketball NCAA Tournament Ticket Information
With its selection to the 2013 NCAA Division I Menís Basketball Tournament, the University of Florida has been invited to play in the second round on Friday, March 22, in Austin, Texas at the Frank Erwin Center against the 14th-seeded Northwestern State Demons.
The Gator Ticket Office is now accepting ticket orders from all interested Gator Boosters, UF Faculty/Staff, UF Students, and General Public fans.† Ticket prices are $75 per session and are for the sessions Florida appears in only. If the Gator Ticket Office oversells its allotment of tickets, the Gator Booster Priority Point System will be used to determine which fans will be refunded and also specific seating locations.† If refunds are necessary, those fans that are refunded will be notified by noon Tuesday.† The University of Florida Athletic Association receives 550 tickets, the same allotment as the other schools in the region.†
Due to the short turn-around between the second and third rounds of play in the NCAA Tournament, all interested fans must purchase session tickets for both the second and third rounds at the same time. If the Gators fail to advance to the third round, all tickets purchased for this round will be refunded.† Total cost for both rounds is $150 plus a $10 processing fee.† All tickets have to be picked up at Florida Will Call at the Frank Erwin Center on game day, Friday, March 22. ONLY THE FAN ORDERING/UF STUDENT MAY PICK UP TICKETS ON SITE AND MUST PRESENT A PHOTO ID TO DO SO.
