Ndidi Madu Named Player of Week in Spanish Pro League
Recent University of Florida women’s basketball graduate Ndidi Madu was named the Player of the Week in her Spanish professional league (LF2) announced today.
The 6-foot-1 forward, who plays for Al-Qazeres, scored 22 points with 16 rebounds in her team’s 63-60 win against Aros Leon on Sat., Feb. 23
Madu has played in 14 of the team’s 15 games this season and is averaging team-bests of 15.3 points and 9.3 rebounds and helping her team to a 12-3 record.
