Head coach Roland Thornqvist talked with the media as part of UF’s All Sports Press Conference on Monday.

Florida received the No. 1 team ranking in the inaugural team listing, while six different Gators earned a spot in the national singles rankings, highlighted by Sofie Oyen’s appearance as the No. 1-ranked player in the country.

The Gators compete in the Freeman Memorial individual tournament in Las Vegas, Jan. 17-21, before opening dual match play on Jan. 29 hosting South Florida.
