Gainesville, Fla.

Head coach Becky Burleigh talked with the media as part of UF’s All Sports Press Conference on Monday.

Florida (10-3-1, 7-1 SEC) plays its final two home matches of the regular season this weekend, playing host to Missouri (12-2, 7-1 SEC) on Friday at 7 p.m. and Mississippi State (7-7-1, 0-7-1 SEC) on Sunday at 2 p.m.

The No. 18 Gator soccer team (10-3-1, 7-1 SEC) earned two SEC road wins last weekend. Florida took a 2-1 win at No. 5 Texas A&M (12-2-1, 6-1-1 SEC) Sunday afternoon in front of a chilly Aggie Soccer Stadium crowd of 2,096. Florida ended the Aggies’ 12-match unbeaten streak and its 18-match home unbeaten streak. It was Florida’s 100th road win in the 18-year history of the program, as the Gators now own a 100-40-13 record in road contests. On Friday Florida began the road trip with a 2-0 victory at LSU.
