Gator Hotline with Mary Wise, an hour-long call-in show centering on Florida volleyball, will begin its ninth season on Monday, August 20. The show airs at a new time, from 7-8 p.m. ET, on ESPN 850/900 in Gainesville live on location from Ballyhoo Grill on Newberry Road in Gainesville.
The show, which is hosted by Tom Collett, airs each Monday night during the season from 7-8 p.m. on ESPN 850 Gainesville, ESPN 900 Ocala, ESPN Ocala 100.1FM, and online at www.wruf.com. Former Gator All-SEC selection Missy Whittemore adds commentary and takes questions from fans in the audience at each show.
Fans are invited to come out and participate in the show on location, or call in at (352) 392-8255 to ask their questions.
Florida begins the 2012 campaign Aug. 24-25, when they host the Campus USA Credit Union Invitational, featuring a Sunshine State lineup of the Gators, Florida Gulf Coast, Florida A&M and Florida International.
Season tickets are on sale now for the 2012 Florida volleyball season and fans have multiple options to enjoy the Gators in the Stephen C. O’Connell Center.
If Gator fans would like to catch a glimpse of the Orange and Blue before August 24th, Verizon Fan Day will take place on Saturday, August 18 from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. in the Stephen C. O’Connell Center. Admission is free and gates will open at 2:30 p.m.
