The University of Florida has accepted an invitation to play in the National Invitational Tournament and will host an opening round game on Wed., March 18, in the Stephen C. O’Connell Center against Jacksonville University.
Starting Sun., March 15, the Gator Ticket Office is accepting ticket orders from season ticket holders only for the first and second rounds of the National Invitational Tournament. If Florida wins its opening round game, a second round game will be played in the O’Connell Center the weekend of March 20-22. All UF men’s basketball season ticket holders have until 5 p.m., Mon., March 16, to place an order to reclaim their same season seats for both the first and second rounds of the NIT. Tickets are $12 for each round of play.
Season ticket holders must order both rounds at the same time prior to the 5 p.m., Mon., deadline if they wish to claim their same season seats for the first two rounds. All second round NIT orders will only be filled if the University of Florida advances. If UF does not advance, all second round tickets will be refunded.
Starting at 6 p.m. Mon., all general public fans may place their ticket orders for the first and second rounds of the NIT. General public ticket orders will be accepted until sold out or all the way until game time.
