UF has advanced to the regional semifinal for the 16th time in the last 17 years.
Live streaming video of both semifinal matches of this weekend’s NCAA
Volleyball Gainesville Regional will be available for free viewing on GatorVision Online. Regional semifinal matches will be held
on Friday, and the two winners will clash on Saturday for a spot in the national
semifinals.
Fans can click on the “video” link in the Today’s Schedule section on
the front page of www.GatorZone.com, or
visit www.GatorVision.tv, immediately prior
to the beginning of the action to access the broadcasts (detailed instructions
below).
The seventh-ranked Gators, who garnered the No. 13 overall seed in the
64-team field, will take on third-ranked and fourth-seeded
Saturday’s match, which will be broadcast live on ESPNU, is scheduled
to commence at 4 p.m. ET. GatorVision Online will not
be providing streaming video of this match.
It was also announced on Tuesday that radio coverage of UF’s regional
semifinal contest will be carried on WRUF-AM 850, as well as www.GatorZone.com. Pre-match coverage will
kick off at 6:50 p.m. ET. Should the Gators advance to the regional final, WRUF
will also air the call.
