An animated and enthusiastic Stephen C. O’Connell crowd of 11,221students and fans took up the University of Florida’s invitation to watch the Gators face the Ohio State Buckeyes for the 2007 NCAA Men’s Basketball NCAA Championship. The attendance betters the announced crowd of 6,000 for the 2006 NCAA Men’s Basketball Championship viewing in the O’Connell Center. During commercial breaks the Rowdy Reptiles and the Gator fans took part in contests and were entertained by the Gator cheerleaders and Dazzlers.
