Albert, Alberta, Cheerleaders, and Dazzlers

Thank you for your support of the UF Spirit Squads! The University of Florida Mascots, Cheerleaders, and Dazzlers enjoy making appearances for UF groups, local charities, and Gainesville elementary schools. These fees directly benefit our Spirit Team members by funding uniforms, travel, cleanings, refurbishments, and other expenses to help the UF Mascots, Cheerleaders, and Dazzlers represent the Gator Nation!

We do not appear at private parties or weddings. Due to our Travel Policy, we do not send spirit groups outside of Alachua County. But, you can book a birthday party with Albert or Alberta prior to a home Gator volleyball, gymnastics, softball, or baseball game. You may also create an account to request an autographed poster to be mailed.

Black Out Dates

The UF Spirit Teams are currently booked October through mid November.

UF Sporting Events:

The University of Florida Mascots, Cheerleaders, and Dazzlers will be cheering on our Gators at most sporting events including Football, Men's and Women's Basketball, Volleyball, Gymnastics, Soccer, Swimming, Baseball, Softball, and Lacrosse, and will be unable to fulfill other appearances during these times.

Home Football Games:

The spirit squads are generally booked the entire day of UF Home Football Games. Prior to home games our teams attend Gator Walk, Alumni Hall, Fan Fest by the O’Dome, Sponsor Events, Fan Giveaways at Stadium Gates, and/or ESPN Game Day.

Time Restrictions

Albert and Alberta will require two 10 minute breaks per hour period. Appearances are for one hour unless requested otherwise. There are no discounts for shorter appearances.

Change Room Requirements

Spirit Teams and Albert and Alberta will need a secure place to change. This location will need to be somewhere they can leave their personal belongings during the appearance. While changing, they cannot be visible to the public. The changing space must not be a bathroom.

Parking Accommodations

Please provide reasonable parking for the Spirit Squad members attending your event. Parking passes are often provided.

Pricing

Autographed Poster: $30

Level 1 Pricing:

Company Events (Limitations based on current UAA Contracts/Sponsorships)

$5 Request Fee. Will be charged at the time of request.

• Albert or Alberta: $350/hr
• Albert and Alberta: $550/hr
• Cheerleaders or Dazzlers: $350/hr
• Albert or Alberta and Cheerleaders or Dazzlers: $450/hr
• Albert, Alberta and Cheerleaders or Dazzlers: $550/hr
• Albert, Alberta, Cheerleaders, and Dazzlers: $700/hr

Level 2 Pricing:

Official University of Florida Events, Organizations, Colleges, Local Organizational Fundraisers, Gator Support Groups

$5 Request Fee. Will be charged at the time of request.

• Albert or Alberta: $250/hr
• Albert and Alberta: $350/hr
• Cheerleaders or Dazzlers: $250/hr
• Albert or Alberta and Cheerleaders or Dazzlers: $350/hr
• Albert, Alberta and Cheerleaders or Dazzlers: $450/hr
• Albert, Alberta, Cheerleaders, and Dazzlers: $550/hr

Charities:

$5 Request Fee. Will be charged at the time of request

• 1 Free Appearance per charity per year based on availability.
• Additional appearances for each charity will fall under Level 2 Pricing.

Elementary Schools:

$5 Request Fee. Will be charged at the time of request

• 1 Free Appearance per school per year based on availability.
• Additional appearances are $50 per appearance per school.

Confirmation and Payment Process

Requests cannot be reviewed or accepted more than 4 months in advance and must be made at least 2 weeks prior to the date of the event being requested.

Credit Card Only:

You must pay by credit card. We no longer accept checks or cash payments.

Confirmation Process:

The availability of sports schedules and student schedules may cause a delay in confirmation. We do not accept requests more than 4 months in advance.

1. Fill out all the registration and payment information at the time of your request via the online link below.
2. Once complete, you will receive an email to confirm that your information was submitted and is being reviewed.
3. Within 2 weeks you will be notified regarding the status of your request.
4. If your appearance CAN be covered, you will receive a statement of charges and appearance details via email confirming your appearance will be covered. Your credit card will be charged at time of confirmation.
5. If your appearance CANNOT be covered, you will be notified via email. We regret we are unable to fulfill every request. Please review the information above regarding Black Out Dates and Appearance requirements. No refunds will be issued for requests which do not meet the above appearance requirements due to online processing fees.

Cancellation Policy

IF YOU CANCEL- If you cancel your appearance request after submitting your information, you will not receive your initial $5 Request Fee. If you cancel within 2 weeks of your event, you will be refunded 75% of your payment.

IF WE CANCEL - In the rare case that we become unable to fulfill a request that has been confirmed, we will refund your account completely and notify you as soon as we are aware of the change. Please understand UF Sporting Events, Tournaments, Games, and other UAA sponsored events take priority.
