Career Highlights:

Transferred to Florida from Northern Illinois and earned the starting spot at 3B for the Gators as a junior…Tied UF’s single-game record for most assists (10) during her work at the hot corner in UF’s 5/13/13 match-up with South Carolina…Earned three Player of the Week awards during her career (April 22, 2014 – NFCA National; April 21, 2014 – SEC; March 8, 2011 – MAC Western Division).

 

As a Senior (2014): NFCA All-Southeast Region Second Team (IF)…All-SEC Second Team, SEC All-Defensive Team, SEC Community Service Team…SEC Academic Honor Roll…Started all 67 games at third base as the Gators clinched the first national championship in program in history…Ranked second on the team in batting average (.356), hits (68), doubles (12), RBI (65) and assists (95), while standing third in runs scored (54), home runs (11), total bases (113), slugging percentage (.592) and walks (T-3rd, 38)…Finished among the SEC leaders in RBI (T-4th), sacrifice flies (T-4th, four) hits (T-9th), runs (11th) and on-base percentage (13th, .473)…Stood 14th nationally in RBI…Recorded 18 multi-hit games and 18 multi-RBI contests, both good for second on the team…Batted .407 in road games, the second-highest average on the team away from Gainesville…Posted a .373 batting clip in SEC play, a 17-point increase over her season average…Seven of her 11 home runs came against conference opponents…Led the team with a .475 average, five home runs, 16 runs scored and 18 RBI in the month of April as she batted above .400 in each of the season’s final two months…Hit the Gators’ first grand slam of the season Feb. 15 vs. Ohio State at the Easton Desert Classic in Las Vegas, part of a career-high six-RBI game…Totaled 11 RBI during the weekend in Nevada…Earned National (NFCA) and SEC Player of the Week honors on Easter weekend after she powered the Gators to a sweep at Texas A&M with three home runs (one in each game), seven runs scored, six hits and 10 RBI…Batted .433 during the NCAA Tournament, tying for the team lead with three doubles…Had a season-high four hits in Game 3 of the NCAA Super Regional against Washington…Led the Gators with six RBI at the WCWS…Launched a solo home run off Alabama ace Jaclyn Traina in the season’s final game to set the tone for the Gators, who swept the Tide to win their first national title.

 

As a Junior (2013): NFCA All-Southeast Region Second Team (IF)…SEC All-Tournament Team member…Led UF in the postseason with a .400 batting average and ranked second for UF with a .332 clip throughout her first season as a Gator…Helped the Gators to their fifth WCWS appearance and the 2013 SEC regular-season and tournament titles…Was on base in 45 of Florida’s 56 games through the regular season, including 34 of the last 37 contests of the season…Ranked second on the team with 65 hits, had a team-best 18 doubles, a career-best seven homers, and was one of five Gators to have multiple triples in 2013 (2), as Florida shattered the single-season school record in the category…Ranked tied for second on the squad in walks (39) her junior year and had the Gators’ best on-base percentage (.459)…Was 10-12 on the base paths, the third-most stolen bases for UF in 2013…Turned in a .600 batting average in the SEC Tournament en route to UF’s SEC Tournament Championship…Paced the Gators with 18 doubles and ranked second in the SEC in the category…Ranked third in the league with 133 assists at the hot corner, only had 6 errors in 197 chances…Turned in a single-game school record 10 assists at South Carolina 5/13…Had six game-winning RBI for the Gators, 18 multi-hit games and 15 multi-RBI games…One of two players (K. Stewart) to play in and start all 67 games for the Gators in 2013…Blasted her first grand slam as a Gator against Mississippi State and was the owner of one of Florida’s six walk-off wins when she drew a bases-loaded walk against SEC Eastern Division rival Tennessee March 15 for the 6-5 Gator victory…Batted .800 in the series against Longwood (8-for-10) with two doubles, a triple and three homers, accumulating nine RBI (double shy of cycle 4/20)…Was a perfect 2-for-2 against FAMU, including her first home run donning a Gator uniform as part of UF’s record four-consecutive bombs...Was perfect at the plate against Oregon (1-for-1), Savannah State (2-for-2), FAMU (2-for-2), Arkansas (1-for-1), Longwood (3-for-3) and Georgia (3-for-3).

 

AT NORTHERN ILLINOIS UNIVERSITY

As a Sophomore (2012): Participated in 50 of the Huskies' 53 games, starting 48 of them...Made 29 appearances in the outfield, 15 at catcher, seven at shortstop, five at first base and one at third base...Drove in 30 runs on 61 hits with 161 at bats...Had four hits on four at bats with one stolen base versus Tennessee-Martin (2/11/12)...Ended the season with a .379 batting average, which ranked second on the NIU squad…Her 61 hits, four homers and .522 slugging percentage also ranked second for the Huskies…Registered a team-leading .435 on-base percentage and stole nine bases for NIU to rank second on the squad.

 

As a Freshman (2011): The only Huskie to start all 53 games in 2011, Tofft made 33 starts in the outfield, nine at catcher and seven at third base...Named first-team All-MAC after ranking 14th in the country in batting average with a team-high .434 average...Received 2011 MAC Freshman of the Year and was named to the MAC All-Freshman Team... Earned second-team Louisville Slugger/NFCA All-Great Lakes Region...On-base percentage of .512 led the team and ranked 33rd in the country and is currently fourth on the school's all-time list...Led the team with a .590 slugging percentage...Compiled a school-record 36-game hitting streak this season, topping the previous record of 15, and her team-high 75 hits on the year are first on NIU's single season hits list...Tallied 24 multi-hit games, including 20 two-hit games...Team-high 46 runs is second on the school's single season list, while her 37 RBIs rank fourth...Ranks fifth in NIU's single season doubles list with 15...Posted a 3-3 record while making 14 appearances, including four starts in the pitcher's circle.

 

High School: Earned all-state, second team all-metro selections, and named Pioneer Valley League MVP as a junior after batting .612 with 20 RBIs, nine home runs and 60 hits...Also, earned a 13-6 record in the circle with141 strikeouts and a 0.56 ERA...Perfect in stolen base attempts through three years, stealing 36 during sophomore and junior seasons and nine as freshman...Three-time first team all-league selection.
