Recorded double digit strikeouts on seven occasions, four of them against SEC foes ... Also finished the season as Florida's leading hitter with a .318 average ... Led the team in doubles and home runs with 12 of each ... Made Florida debut on the mound during the season opening doubleheader at UCF with six innings pitched and seven strikeouts ... Recorded her first win as a Gator and pitched a complete game in Florida's 5-4, extra-inning victory over Texas-Arlington with a then career-high 13 strikeouts during the Getterman Classic ... Pitched back-to-back complete games with a combined 15 strikeouts and no walks in the Gator Invitational ... Also during that tournament, batted .500 (3-6) with a double and two RBI ... As a Sophomore (2002 at Arizona): Member of the national runner-up squad ... Named to the NFCA Region 11 team ... Honorable mention All-Pac 10 ... The Wildcats number two pitcher with a 1.88 ERA and a 21-6 record ... Started 28 games as a pitcher and finished the season with 24 complete games and seven shut outs ... Struck out 210 batters while only walking 84 in 163.2 innings of work ... Had double figures in strikeouts five times, two of those times in NCAA Regional play ... Stuck out a team season-high 15 batters in a 4-2 NCAA tournament victory over St. Peters and led the team with 10.5 strikeouts per seven innings pitched ... Drove in three runs on three hits, including two home runs against Indiana State to go with her no-hitter.
