As a Sophomore 2000: Started 31 games and played in 43 ... Went 1-for-2 with two runs scored and an RBI against Sienna ... Hit a two RBI single against Michigan State.

As a Freshman 1999: Started 35 games and played in 54 ... went 2-for-2 vs. Stetson with two runs scored and an RBI ... drove in the go ahead and winning runs against South Carolina with her first college double.

High School: Four-year varsity starter ... played both right and left fields ... two-time All-Marmonte League pick ... named to Ventura County all-star and Daily News all-star teams ... named All- LA Times and voted Offensive Player of the Year ... batted .396 as a senior and .300 as a junior ... helped the team to a 44-10 record her final two seasons ... was the Ventura County Home Run Contest champion ... played club ball for the Southern California Hot Stuff team under coach Roy Barnes ... named to Who's Who Among American High School Students ... member of the Inter-Club Council.

Personal: Born April 28, 1979 ... daughter of William and Deana Edge ... has a younger sister ... chose UF over Colorado State, Arizona State, San Diego State, South Carolina and UC Santa Barbara.
