AS A SENIOR (2001) - All-arounder in every meet but two this season after making no all-around appearances as a junior... set collegiate-best all-around total of 39.425 to take third at the NCAA Southeast Region Championships...second to Michigan's Elise Ray at the SunTrust Disco Explosion with previous collegiate-best all-around total of 39.325...also matched collegiate-best bars mark (9.925) and set collegiate-best floor mark (9.85) vs. Michigan/Auburn...known as a strong bars worker - upgraded her dismount to a double-layout this season...tied for second in NCAA Southeast Region bars competition (9.90)...turned in collegiate-best beam mark of 9.875 also at Regionals...competed a 10.0 valued vault at NC State for the first time this season, earning a collegiate-best 9.825...upped the vault best to 9.925 at the Burnsley Invitational...made third consecutive appearance on Academic All-Southeastern Conference Honor Roll.

AS A JUNIOR (2000) - Underwent surgery on right ankle late in fall...made competitive debut at The Subway Challenge, taking third in the uneven bars with a season-best mark of 9.875...also runner-up in Auburn (9.85) and Kentucky quad (9.875) bars competitions...turned in season-best balance beam mark of 9.70 at Auburn...made season debut on vault at Kentucky quad, matching collegiate-best mark of 9.775...hit each of the nine uneven bars routines she competed in 2000...named the 2000 University Scholar Award winner...two-time SEC All-Academic Honor Roll member...member of the National Association of Collegiate Gymnastics Coaches Scholastic All-America team for 2000...Competed for Great Britain in 1999 World University Games...Great Britain finished seventh overall.

AS A SOPHOMORE (1999) - Won two uneven bars titles in 1999, including using a season-best 9.90 to take the SunTrust Invitational title...runner-up in the Dodge Senior Night balance beam competition with a collegiate-best 9.85...tallied collegiate-best all-around total of 39.025 at Maryland quad...competed as an all-arounder in eight of the last nine meets...member of the Academic All-SEC Honor Roll.

AS A FRESHMAN (1998) - Used collegiate-best uneven bars mark of 9.925 to take third at the NCAA Southeast Region Championships...won back-to-back meet bars titles, claiming both the SunTrust Night and the Gatorade SEC Showcase crowns with marks of 9.875...also posted a 9.875 bars score in the final home meet to take second overall...runner-up in three all-around competitions, including the SunTrust Night, where she posted season-best total of 38.925...earned collegiate-best floor score of 9.825 at the Gatorade SEC Showcase...named Great Britain's Jewish Senior Athlete of 1997 at a March, 1998 banquet.

PRIOR TO FLORIDA - Represented her native Great Britain in the 1995 and '94 World Championships and 1994 and '93 European Championships...considers the uneven bars her best event...1997 Maccabiah Games uneven bars gold medallist...also claimed the Maccabiah Games silver medal in vault and floor exercise plus the bronze medals in the balance beam and all-around...won the 1997 British Championships' beam competition, while also taking second on bars and fourth in the all-around...also represented Great Britain in several international meets, including competitions against Romania, Russia, France, Israel, and Greece...1996 British Championships' bars champion...won 1993 Junior British bars championship...first alternate to represent Great Britain at the 1996 Summer Olympic Games...member of the Harrow club team and coached by Chris Evans.

PERSONAL - Born Jan. 14, 1979 in London, England...daughter of Anna and Jiri Fuchs...also enjoys skiing...1997 graduate of Haydon School.
